We are co-operating with global merchants in order to provide the best worldwide shipping with reasonable shipping costs. Your orders are shipped from our fulfilment centers overseas. All orders are insured and tracked.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates by regions:
- United States 7-15 days
- United Kingdom 7-15 days
- Canada 10-20 days
- Australia 9-18 days
- Ireland 10-15 days
- Rest of the Europe 8-20 days
Items will be shipped as soon as possible, but not later than within 5 business days on payment received. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors (for example increased logistic volumes in Christmas period).
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 3-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 10 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
