Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Our Returns policy lasts for 30 days. You can return the product without a reason in this period. If 31 or more days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Contact us for the returning guidelines and to register your return with us: support@gitelle.com

Depending on where you live, it may take some time for the returned product to reach us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

If for any reason, you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by sending email to support@gitelle.com with a subject containing 'URGENT'. We always strive to ship out orders as soon as possible, so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can still return the product once it arrives. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. In such cases, we will promptly issue a full refund immediately to the original payment method.

Damaged or incomplete products

If you receive a damaged or incomplete order, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving the package) with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the outside of the package and all the contents received. We'll review the information and provide a solution, which may include a replacement, a refund, or another solution. If we need you to return any damaged or incorrect items, we'll provide you with instructions on how to do so. We'll do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

Lost shipments

Our regular delivery time from the United States warehouse is 3-5 working days. From our international warehouse 7-14 days. According to our Terms Of Service Section 6, the guaranteed delivery is 45 days. If you have not received the parcel by that time, you must notify us within 2 weeks (no later than 2 months after ordering). In case of undelivered order, we can agree on the replacement or a full refund. All complaints after 2 months will not be accepted.

Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed within 3 days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card or a PayPal), within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return shipping costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If we request that you return a damaged or wrong product received, please contact us first to confirm the return shipping process. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed and cover the cost of return shipping if necessary. However, if you decide to return a damaged or wrong product without first contacting us, we may not be able to cover the return shipping fees.
